Deliciousness alert! I couldn’t quite decide what to call this, so here you go: 4 Ingredient Strawberry Sorbet Nice Cream, i.e., a super easy and healthy dessert! I got you covered! It’s a great way to use frozen strawberries and leftover bananas kicking around the freezer, but fresh works well too.
For those times when you feel like a sweet treat after dinner or for a snack on the weekend, everyone is going to love this one, and you probably already have the ingredients in your freezer/pantry. Such an easy and healthy treat, perfect in warmer temperature, but good all year-round. It’s so healthy, you can even have it for breakfast! You can eat it right away, or put it in the freezer for at least a few hours to get a scoopable sorbet!
If you’d like, you can add 1 Tbsp of soaked chia seeds in it. They add texture, but also some healthy omegas and extra fibre, so it is a nice addition to this treat (especially for a more nutritious breakfast), but totally optional.
Enjoy!
