Balsamic Nectarine and Fresh Chèvre On Toast
A simple sweet and savoury recipe for a quick lunch with this balsamic nectarine and fresh chèvre on toast! Great for a packed lunch too.

organic nectarine

organic lettuce
Dressing

tsp
maple syrup

tsp
balsamic vinegar

tsp
extra-virgin olive oil

sea salt
a pinch

black pepper
to taste

Mix the dressing ingredients in a small glass.

After toasting the bread and cooling it a bit, spread the creamy goat cheese on top.

Add the lettuce leaves, and slices of fresh nectarine.

Drizzle with the dressing.

Serve with a side green salad.
