A simple and delicious way to enjoy frozen strawberries!


  • 1 organic banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup frozen organic strawberries
  • 1/4 cup cashew milk homemade if possible
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup


  1. Put everything in your blender, or food processor or even in a high container to use with your hand-held immersion blender, and blend everything until smooth and creamy, approx. 1 minute.

  2. Feel free to enjoy immediately like a soft-serve, or put in the freezer for a few hours to be able to scoop it out.

  3. Serve and enjoy!
