Perfect Summer Drink: Strawberry Mint Lemonade | Vegan, Refined Sugar-Free
A healthier approach to making your own lemonade! A delicious and simple recipe for a strawberry mint lemonade, without white sugar!

fresh lemon juice

fresh organic strawberries
washed, stems removed

maple syrup

spring or filtered water

fresh mint

In a blender or hand immersion blender, blend the strawberries until smooth.

In a large pitcher/container that can hold at least 2L, mix all of the ingredients with a large spoon/ladle.

Put in the fridge to cool for a couple of hours, or serve immediately over ice.
