Perfect Summer Drink: Strawberry Mint Lemonade | Vegan, Refined Sugar-Free

A healthier approach to making your own lemonade! A delicious and simple recipe for a strawberry mint lemonade, without white sugar!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup fresh organic strawberries washed, stems removed
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1.5 L spring or filtered water
  • 7 leaves fresh mint

Instructions

  1. In a blender or hand immersion blender, blend the strawberries until smooth.
  2. In a large pitcher/container that can hold at least 2L, mix all of the ingredients with a large spoon/ladle.
  3. Put in the fridge to cool for a couple of hours, or serve immediately over ice.
  4. YUM!!!
