A delicious and very nutritious green smoothie!

Ingredients

  • 1 organic banana ripe
  • 1 avocado ripe, flesh scooped out
  • 2 handfuls organic baby spinach
  • 2 kiwis peeled
  • 2 Tbsp sea greens
  • 3 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 Tbsp black sesame seeds
  • 1 Tbsp omega oil (or you can use flaxseed oil)
  • 1/2 tsp maca powder
  • 2-3 Tbsp raw organic almond butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup nut milk of your choice to top off (you might need more)

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in your high power blender, and cover with the 2 different milks.
  2. Blend until very smooth (approx. 10-15 seconds).
  3. Enjoy right away!
