Healthy superfood green smoothie
A delicious and very nutritious green smoothie!

ripe

avocado
ripe, flesh scooped out

handfuls organic baby spinach

kiwis
peeled

Tbsp
sea greens

Tbsp
hemp seeds

Tbsp
black sesame seeds

1
Tbsp
omega oil
(or you can use flaxseed oil)

1/2
tsp
maca powder
-
2-3
Tbsp
raw organic almond butter

1/2
cup
coconut milk
-
1
cup
nut milk of your choice
to top off (you might need more)

Put all the ingredients in your high power blender, and cover with the 2 different milks.

Blend until very smooth (approx. 10-15 seconds).

Enjoy right away!
