Herbes de Provence salad dressing
You'll never want to buy another store-bought dressing with this simple balsamic herb dressing recipe! Only 4 ingredients and ready in just a few minutes!

balsamic vinegar

extra-virgin olive oil

Tbsp
maple syrup

Herbes de Provence mix

tsp
unrefined sea salt
(grey, fine)

Put all the ingredients in a Mason jar, close the lid tight and shake well for 5-10 seconds. Enjoy!

It does taste better if you wait at least 10-15 min before using (and even better the next day).

Shake well before using.
This should give you enough for a few large salads, perfect for a whole week.
