Herbes de Provence salad dressing

You'll never want to buy another store-bought dressing with this simple balsamic herb dressing recipe! Only 4 ingredients and ready in just a few minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp Herbes de Provence mix
  • 1/2 tsp unrefined sea salt (grey, fine)

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a Mason jar, close the lid tight and shake well for 5-10 seconds. Enjoy!
  2. It does taste better if you wait at least 10-15 min before using (and even better the next day).
  3. Shake well before using.

Recipe Notes

This should give you enough for a few large salads, perfect for a whole week.
