Post-workout Blueberry Smoothie

A delicious blueberry smoothie which is perfect after a good workout!  This smoothie contains no powders and is vegan, gluten-free and paleo.

Ingredients

  • 1 large organic banana fair-trade if possible
  • 1/2 cup frozen organic or wild blueberries
  • 2 tsp organic maple syrup B/medium grade
  • 2 Tbsp organic raw almond butter you can substitute for any nut or seed butter you prefer
  • 1 Tbsp organic hemps seeds
  • 1 1/2 cup organic nut/rice milk of your choice Add more if too thick

Instructions

  1. Blend everything in a blender or with a hand-held immersion blender until very smooth, and enjoy right away!
