Post-workout Blueberry Smoothie
A delicious blueberry smoothie which is perfect after a good workout! This smoothie contains no powders and is vegan, gluten-free and paleo.

frozen organic or wild blueberries

organic maple syrup
B/medium grade

organic raw almond butter
you can substitute for any nut or seed butter you prefer

organic nut/rice milk of your choice
Add more if too thick

Blend everything in a blender or with a hand-held immersion blender until very smooth, and enjoy right away!
