Summer Air of Provence in My Salad (Balsamic Herb Dressing)

I love fresh, crisp, simple green salads, especially with delicious and simple balsamic herb dressing. Easy, convenient, nutritious, what’s not to love about it! I cannot remember when was the last time I bought pre-made salad dressing (many years ago)! Once in a while, I might buy some organic Caesar dressing if I feel lazy, but on a regular basis, I always make my own, it’s inexpensive, much healthier and only takes a few minutes to make.

Here’s a classic recipe that I love making, especially in the summer. It goes well with green salads but also with pasta salads, bean salads, drizzled over a vegan sandwich, etc. even on top of meats (if you eat meat)!

Enjoy!

  1. Your beautiful photos show garlic used as an ingredient. It is neither in the list of ingredients nor in the instructions. (?)

    1. Oh! haha the garlic was purely for decoration, however, a little bit of minced garlic would be a lovely addition if you wish, but not necessary 🙂

  2. This is a great way to get your greens and make it delisious, one of my favourite dressings!
