Simple is best. Don’t you think? I think that we sometime complicate our lives by searching for the ultra healthy recipes while forgetting to enjoy the simple deliciousness of our organic produce. This simple green salad is the answer.
A few ingredients of high quality and organic to get the most nutrients, a delicious homemade salad dressing, and voila! This is one of my favourite to make any time of the year, but especially during the winter when we like to eat heartier foods. The essential fats contained in the avocados are just perfect!
Super fast to make and always satisfying.

This recipe is ultra easy:
- 1/2 a head of organic lettuce, washed and ripped in chunks (your choice: romaine, green leaf, red leaf, etc.)
- 1 avocado, cubed or sliced
- Apple cider vinegar and maple syrup dressing
- freshly ground pepper on top, to taste
Put everything in a bowl and mix. That’s it.
