I have a confession to make… I haven’t been juicing for the past 4 months or so! Well, I juiced a handful of times in the past 4 months, which is kind of crazy since I’ve been juicing pretty much every single day for the past few years! This delicious pineapple ginger fresh vegetable juice was perfect to start again!
It’s very strange, but during those few years, I really felt the need to drink my fresh veggie juice in the morning, and then about 4 months ago, I started feeling like I didn’t need it anymore, my body wasn’t craving it anymore. So, I stopped. I’m pretty sure it’s because it was the summer and local vegetables were abounding, so we were eating a ton of fresh vegetables (a huge bowl of mixed salad almost every day) and my body was good with that. So time went on, then the end of the local vegetables came to an end, and we’re not eating as much fresh raw vegetables now (we still eat a good amount), and guess what?! I started noticing last week that my body is suddenly craving fresh veggie juice again! So, I made this super delicious juice on the weekend to get us back into the routine of juicing in the morning! It was soooooo yummy! It’s a lot of (natural) sugars because of all the pineapple, but that’s a treat! I wouldn’t do that every day! But anyway, so, here we go, back into our morning juice routine slowly but surely, and I am super happy about it!
It’s a bit of time and a new habit to develop, but once you incorporate it into your daily routine, it’s really not bad at all, about 10-15 minutes total, but well worth the time! It’s like a big tall glass of real multivitamins! Delicious and satisfying!
Ginger is considered a superfood because it has so many medicinal properties, it’s a great element to incorporate into our lives more often, and when it’s mixed with pineapple, it becomes something deliciously nourishing! Pineapple contains natural digestive enzymes, something we can all use more!

Pineapple Ginger Fresh Vegetable Juice | Vegan, Raw, Paleo
A delicious recipe for pineapple ginger vegetable juice to boost your immune system and digestion, naturally nutritious and healthy!
Ingredients
- 1/2 pineapple (peeled)
- 2 carrots (large) (washed, ends trimmed, not peeled)
- 4 organic celery stalks (washed)
- 1 organic Granny Smith apple (washed, cored, not peeled)
- 1/4 cup parsley (washed)
- 1 big chunk ginger about 2" (washed)
- 1 chunk fresh turmeric about 1" (washed)
Instructions
- Juice everything in a juicer, and enjoy right away 🙂
