I don’t consider myself a serious runner, but I do love to run. I also like to do yoga, especially hot yoga, to stretch out those muscles after running. In the winter, I also enjoy snowboarding, although I can’t do it too often because in southwestern Ontario, there aren’t a lot of options for mountains! haha
